The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the customer and Hultquist Copenhagen regarding goods ordered at Hultquist Copenhagen’s webshop www.hultquistcph.com

Your order has been confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by Email, which is automatically send to you upon ordering. You will also see a receipt on the website.
For customers within the European Union all prices are including VAT.
As a customer outside of EU all prices will be shown on the website excluding VAT. VAT will not be added to your purchase at any time from www.hultquist-copenhagen.com. For customers outside of EU, you are responsible for all import taxes for your country. If needed please ask your local tax authorities. By accepting our terms and condition you accept to pay all your local import taxes related to your purchase.
In the webshop you can pay with the following cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and MOBILEPAY. Your card will first be charged, when we send you your order. We will never be able to charge you more than you have confirmed.
Expected delivery time is approximately 1-7 business days unless otherwise agreed. Read more about shipping here. We use GLS as our freight company.
At www.hultquist-copenhagen.com we have a 14 days return policy, meaning that you can return up to 14 days after you have received your order. If you choose to return your purchase, return the item in the same condition as you received it. The invoice or cash receipt must be enclosed with the order together with the order number, full name and telephone number. Please return the item to:

Upon return you pay your shipping costs yourself. The item can be sent to us by post as a letter or with GLS. You are responsible for the returned good until we receive it, therefore save your GLS receipt until we have returned your money. The product must be adequately packaged. Items damaged due to defective packaging are not accepted upon return. We do not receive items returned ufranco or on demand.
Once the item is received and approved by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. The same account you used to pay with. If you have obtained free shipping on your original order and you use your right of return, the respective shipping will be charged retrospectively if you have returned more than the value to obtain free shipping.

Hultquist Copenhagen is not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that Hultquist Copenhagen will not refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, where the deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery.
For hygienic reasons, several of our goods are sealed. Returns will not be accepted if the sealing is broken or damaged.
24 month warranty in accordance with the Purchasing Act:
All goods are covered by the Buying Act. That is, you as a customer at www.Hultquist-Copenhagen.com have a period of 24 months after the purchase, where you can complain about defects. You are entitled to a defective item repaired, exchanged or returned. It is of course dependent on the individual situation.
The claim must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance or general wear and tear. All jewellery is worn and affected by chemicals, perfumes, sweat, water, moisture, carbon monoxide, skin acids, etc., – Therefore take off your jewellery when you sleep, swim, sunbathe, practice sports, sweat, etc., and store them in your jewelry box for longer durability.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible after defects have been found on the product. Please contact our customer service at Email: email@example.com with photo of product or call customer service on phone: +45 3543 0202 and let us know the problem, before sending the product.
If the complaint is warranted, you can either get the item repaired or exchanged according to the circumstances – or you can get the money refunded – or possibly discount in price. The freight is also reimbursed in a reasonable amount against receipt.
We distinguish between production defects and wear and tear. In case of complaint we repair the jewellery or exchange to a new one (same style). When submitting a complaint, a valid receipt must always be displayed, without receipt, the jewellery will be ignored. Wear is not subject to warranty. Damage caused by improper use of the jewellery is not covered by the warranty. Jewellery that is surface-treated (gold plated) will eventually be worn. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the jewellery. This is considered a wear and tear and is not covered by the complaint.
User Account at Hultquist Copenhagen:
To prevent unauthorized access to your Hultquist Copenhagen user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and to restrict access to your computer. You accept the responsibility for any event that may occur under your account.
Do everything possible to ensure that your password stays confidential and secure. And you must ensure that the information provided to us is correct at the time of registration.
Copyright and Use of Website:
Hultquist Copenhagen owns all intellectual property rights relating to products after they have been sold, in particular design rights and copyright. You are not entitled to copy or use the content on the website.
You may not use the Website in any way that causes or may cause the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired.
Law and venue:
Any agreement entered between us pursuant to Terms and Conditions is governed by Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
Hultquist-Copenhagen reserves the right to continuously update our terms of trade.
